Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager-level professional to join its Government Contract Services (GCS) practice, focusing on advisory, compliance, pricing, cost accounting, audit readiness, and dispute-related matters for U.S. government contracting and grant requirements.

You will lead engagements, manage teams of 2–10, and develop practical solutions while ensuring compliance with FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200, and related standards. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• 5 to 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• Possess at least one professional designation (CPA/CFE/CFA).
• Knowledge of FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200 and related government contracting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client engagements throughout the government contracting lifecycle.
• Manage workstreams and supervise team members.
• Analyze complex financial and operational data to develop practical recommendations.
• Assist clients with audits, compliance, and cost accounting structures.
• Improve processes that support pricing, estimating, billing, contract administration and financial reporting.
