Job summary

micro1 Inc. seeks an Enterprise Client Partner to drive AI adoption within U.S. Government and defense sectors. This remote role, focused on the DC area, requires owning deals end-to-end and shaping our GTM motion in defense ecosystems.

You will engage government and defense contractors, translate mission needs into deployable AI solutions, and drive adoption across operations and procurement streams. This is an individual contributor role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with government or defense customers.
• Ability to translate mission needs into capabilities and solutions.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and close opportunities across U.S. Government and defense ecosystems.
• Build trusted relationships with operators, PMs, and technical stakeholders.
• Translate mission needs into AI-driven solutions for secure environments.
• Own the full deal cycle from discovery to contract execution and expansion.
• Navigate government procurement processes with primes, subs, and acquisitions.
• Partner with product and engineering to align capabilities with requirements.
• Drive initial deployments and adoption within operational workflows.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and provide demand signal insights.
• Help shape defense GTM strategy and early customer footprint.
