TJFACT LLC - Totally Joined for Achieving Collaborative Techniques (TJFACT) is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter for our Atlanta, GA headquarters. The role covers full-cycle recruitment across corporate operations, proposals, and federal government contracts, reporting to the Recruiting Supervisor.

The ideal candidate brings GovCon recruiting experience, builds strong candidate relationships, and develops innovative sourcing strategies to fill critical roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Minimum three years in GovCon recruiting.
• Experience recruiting corporate and federal contract positions.
• Experience recruiting cleared and uncleared professionals.
• Sufficient knowledge of federal security clearance processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals and networks.
• Build talent pipelines for current openings and proposals.
• Conduct recruiter screens and present qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Extend offers with clear compensation and onboarding expectations.
• Collaborate with HR and FSO on security clearances.
