Job summary

TechOp Solutions International is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Texas. You will partner with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs for our contact center portfolio and drive the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with a sense of urgency.

Ideal candidates bring government contracting or agency recruiting experience, manage high-volume pipelines, and ensure compliance with federal regulations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 5+ years recruiting experience required.
• Federal contracting recruiting experience highly desired.
• Experience with full recruiting lifecycle.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Experience handling multiple positions simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR databases/online searches.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs for each position.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across the contact center portfolio, including hiring and onboarding.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates by phone/video/in-person, and assess/ reference checks.
• Maintain candidate status and update interview process with Hiring Managers.
• Track candidate activity in ATS; analyze pipeline health and advise on changes.
• Draft and deliver offers for exempt/non-exempt roles.
• Oversee security for contingent hires and guide candidates through the process.
• Meet hiring goals and adapt to new systems and workflows.
• Develop job descriptions and post to boards; build talent relationships.
• Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, social networks, and online platforms.
• Explain benefits, compensation, and agreements during offers.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and regulations.
• Maintain documentation in ATS/HRIS/security systems with accuracy.
