Capital Technology Group is recruiting an Associate Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across government contracts, proposals, and new programs. You will source, screen, interview, negotiate, and onboard top talent, partnering with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in technical or GovCon roles.
• Experience using ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to improve recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across government contracts and new programs.
• Develop sourcing strategies via job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Screen candidates for technical fit and culture alignment; coordinate interviewing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines; write clear job descriptions.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics in the ATS; support employer branding efforts.
