TechOp Solutions International is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our recruiting team in supporting staffing for federal contracting portfolios, especially the contact center. You will partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting Leads to manage the full lifecycle of candidate selection, assessment, and onboarding with a focus on quality and speed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in government contracting.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and staffing processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle for federal contracting roles.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and coordinate assessments.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and generate pipeline analytics.
• Draft offers and ensure compliant onboarding documentation.
