Job summary
Nava is seeking a Capture Manager to drive pre‑RFP strategy through award. You will work in the Business Development Team to shape a portfolio of government modernization work and coordinate with engineers and subject matter experts to craft technically sound, compliant proposals.

Qualifications
- 6–9 years of business development experience in GovCon.
- Experience with US Federal government proposals and contracting terms.
- Professional writing, editing, and English communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, Human Centered Design, or DevSecOps principles.
Responsibilities
- Build a portfolio of digital transformation work for government agencies.
- Lead full life‑cycle capture including market shaping and competitive analyses.
- Contribute to bid/no bid decisions and craft winning proposals.
- Align past performance to support technical solutions with Nava engineers.
- Participate in compliance, gap analyses, and color teams through award.
- Develop account and capture plans for targeted Departments/Agencies.
