Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Capture Manager to drive federal growth by identifying and pursuing government contracts, owning the capture lifecycle from early identification to proposal submission.

The role requires deep federal acquisition knowledge, strong partner relationships, and the ability to increase win probability through disciplined capture practices while collaborating with a lean, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Federal BD or capture mgmt experience required.
• Strong FAR and acquisition planning knowledge.
• Familiar with Shipley and Lohfeld methodologies.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, executive briefings.
• Proficiency with SAM.gov, FPDS, GovWin.

Responsibilities

• Identify forecasts and opportunities; qualify and shape deals.
• Develop and execute capture plans with win strategies.
• Manage federal customer and partner relationships.
• Coordinate with proposal teams; ensure win themes in narratives.
• Lead gate reviews and bid/no-bid decisions.
• Ensure compliance with FAR and agency rules.
