Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services is seeking a Capture Manager to lead enterprise capture efforts across pre-award lifecycles, aligning proposals with customer needs and competitive strategies.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage high-stakes bid activities, and shape win strategies for large federal programs, including market intelligence, pricing, and partner engagement. This role requires 6–8 years of relevant experience in government contracting and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of capture management experience.
• Proven success leading captures and securing $50M+ large programs.
• Experience leveraging a variety of contract vehicles and alternative acquisition pathways.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement winning capture plans, including win themes, differentiators, value propositions, teaming strategies, and customer messaging.
• Lead opportunity validation and shape outcomes through a well-defined pursue/bid decision process.
• Oversee technical and cost proposal development, ensuring alignment with customers’ requirements while driving quality and compliance.
• Coach bid teams throughout the lifecycle, drawing on experience to elevate the granularity of strategies and execution.
