Job summary

Datavant, a healthcare data collaboration platform, is seeking an experienced relationship professional to manage government accounts within our Strategic Engagement team. You will drive value realization, renewals, and post-sale activities across a portfolio of up to five accounts, partnering with multiple contractors and government stakeholders.

Your focus will be on understanding client goals, aligning Datavant solutions to strategic objectives, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare tech and customer-facing roles.
• 4+ years in federal government or government contractors.
• Strategic program and project management experience.
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to expand relationships beyond direct contacts.
• Ownership of complex, high-value accounts.
• Strategic thinker linking cross-customer trends to value propositions.
• Effective and empathetic internal/external communication.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement management and value management for up to 5 government accounts.
• Understand government accounts and channel partners using data for strategic objectives.
• Lead with curiosity to learn customers' goals and how Datavant solutions support them.
• Excel in complex program management with multiple partners and contractors.
• Drive long-term customer value by boosting product adoption and satisfaction.
• Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive clarity and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product and sales strategies.
• Adopt a self-service-first approach to problem solving and internal/external questions.
• Communicate effectively to maintain strong relationships and advocate for customers.
