Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service in retail, hospitality, or restaurant.
• Strong teamwork and integrity.
• Demonstrated urgency, time management and prioritization.
• Ownership and accountability.
• Respect for others' opinions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Dependable and committed.
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to handle seasonal peaks and deadlines.
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings and weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador – educate customers about quality products and what Wild Fork stands for.
• Become a product and culinary expert through training to share recipes and cooking tips.
• Provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience by personalizing every step of the way.
• Assist customers at checkout and deliver a memorable experience.
• Stock duties: lift up to 50 lb, rotate products, place orders, dust and clean store.
• Oversee daily price changes and operate cash register as needed.
• Process e-commerce orders and ensure timely product handout for deliveries.
• Work in extremely cold environments (walk-in freezer).
• Perform other related duties.
