Job summary

Wild Fork in Horsham, PA is hiring a Team Member to deliver a memorable guest experience. You’ll be trained to be a personal chef and friendly butcher, gaining deep product knowledge to recommend dishes and proteins.

You’ll handle inventory, restock, pick and pack online orders, and provide a cheerful checkout experience. The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lb, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant.
• Ability to work as part of a TEAM toward a shared vision.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fundamental math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to meet seasonal peaks, workloads, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador – educate customers about Wild Fork quality.
• Become a product and culinary expert during training to share recipes and tips.
• Provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience by personalizing every step of the way.
• Assist customers at checkout and deliver a memorable experience.
• Perform stocking duties, price changes, and cash register operations.
• Process e-commerce orders and oversee timely product handouts for deliveries.
• Work in an extremely cold environment and contribute to inventory tasks.
