Wild Fork Foods is seeking a Team Member in Horsham, PA to deliver a memorable guest experience and grow into a personal chef and butcher through training. You will help customers, manage stock, process online orders, and work in a fast-paced, cold environment while maintaining product freshness and availability.

The role emphasizes brand ambassadorship, culinary knowledge, and responsive service with occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a flex schedule.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• High school degree or GED preferred not required.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador – educate customers about our quality products and what Wild Fork stands for.
• Become a product and culinary expert through training to provide recipes and cooking tips.
• Personalize every step of the shopping experience for the customer.
• Assist customers at checkout and deliver a memorable experience.
• Stocking duties including lifting up to 50 lb, rotating products, and cleaning store.
• Oversee price changes and assist with cash register as required.
• Process e-commerce orders and ensure timely product hand-out for deliveries.
• Work in a very cold environment (walk-in freezer) and participate in monthly inventory.
