Job summary

Pilgrim is seeking a Wild Fork Team Member to deliver a memorable guest experience and to be trained as a personal chef and friendly butcher with strong product knowledge. You will make recommendations on dishes and proteins while ensuring inventory is managed for freshness and availability.

This full-time role includes stocking, checkout assistance, and handling online orders in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant.
• Be a TEAM player with urgency, time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador – enthusiastic about quality products and educate customers on WFF.
• Develop product and culinary knowledge through training classes to share recipes.
• Provide a friendly shopping experience with personalized guidance.
• Assist customers at checkout and deliver a memorable service.
• Perform stocking duties, lift up to 50 lb, rotate products, and tidy the store.
• Oversee price changes and assist with cash register as needed.
• Process e-commerce orders and ensure timely handout for deliveries.
• Work in a cold environment such as walk-in freezers; participate in monthly inventory.
