Job summary

The Genuine Hospitality Group is seeking a Server in Miami, FL to provide attentive, guest‑centered service in a casual fine dining setting. You will greet guests, explain menu options, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely food and beverage delivery.

This full‑time, hourly role includes tip eligibility, maintaining clean service areas, processing payments, and supporting fellow staff as needed. Prior casual fine dining and beverage knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Casual fine dining serving experience 3–5 years minimum
• Full service experience with cocktails, wine, beer
• Ability to handle money and operate a POS system
• Learn and maintain knowledge of menu and changes from management

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests and make them feel comfortable.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
• Take orders and input into POS system; relay to kitchen and bar.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain clean service areas and reset tables between courses.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to requests.
• Process payments and present final bill.
• Assist fellow staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow alcohol service policies and escalate to manager as required.
