Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain our menus and offerings.
• Take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner.
• Serve beverages and food to guests.
• Clear and clean tables quickly and efficiently.
• Perform side-work and service opening/closing duties.
• Maintain clean and organized wait staff stations.
• Notify management of service, guest, and safety issues.
• Process guest payments at closing checks.
• Assist with other service duties as needed.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and communicate training steps to staff.
• Ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
