The Faena Movement in Miami Beach is seeking a seasoned Line Cook to contribute to its vibrant kitchen team, delivering quality menu items and maintaining high standards of plating, temperature and presentation. You will collaborate with the Sous Chef to meet daily production needs and guest expectations.

You will plan, prep, set up and provide service in designated outlets, train and monitor Line Cooks, ensure sanitation, organization, and safety, and assist with closing duties as required.

Responsabilités

• Follow all departmental policies and service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Prepare and portion menu items following recipes and guidelines.
• Supervise line cooks and coordinate breaks.
• Ensure prep work, mis en place, and equipment are ready for service.
• Document relevant information in log books and communicate shortages.
