Qualifications

• Two years of classroom teaching experience in a school or church setting.
• Mature Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise beliefs.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing training including LifeWise Teacher Certification within 30 days.
• Teach LifeWise classes using LifeWise curriculum and customize lessons.
• Build relationships with students and maintain an orderly, encouraging classroom.
• Keep attendance and class rosters accurate; prepare substitute information as needed.
• Communicate with program director and school personnel about schedules and student well-being.
• Promote LifeWise's religious mission in all duties and interactions.
