Job summary

CDW Education Support is seeking a Support Consultant to join our North America team. You will provide Tier 1 guidance and troubleshooting for Google Workspace for Education core products and CDW Education SaaS tools.

The role requires working 8am PT to 5pm PT, supporting school districts of all sizes with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in technology administration.
• Strong email management and security practices.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace Admin Console and related tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical support for Google Workspace for Education across channels.
• Triage and manage incoming tickets, meet SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and report on Google Workspace and related technologies.
• Escalate complex issues when needed and assist escalated tickets.
