Job summary

CDW Education is seeking a curious Support Consultant to join our Education Support Team, tackling Tier 1 issues across Google Workspace for Education and related tools. You will help school districts across North America while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

In this entry-level role, you will work from 8am PT to 5pm PT, triage tickets, perform troubleshooting, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency. A strong foundation in tech administration is valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in technology administration.
Experience with Google Workspace for Education and related admin tools.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 technical support for Google Workspace for Education via email, Meet, and phone.
Triage and manage incoming support tickets with SLA adherence.
Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 and support escalated items as needed.
Train and advise school IT admins on Google Workspace Admin Console, GAM, and CDW Education SaaS tools.
Create and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation.
