Job summary

Zones IT Solutions is seeking an IT Systems Administrator & Workplace Migration Specialist for a US-Remote, 6+ month contract. You will own the migration of the organization from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace, designing tenant architecture, data pipelines, and security policies.

Expect detailed planning, zero data loss, and minimal downtime during cutover. Your hands-on experience with cloud tenants, email routing, MFA, SSO, and automation scripts will drive a successful transformation and

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years in cloud system administration.
• Experience migrating large organizations to Google Workspace.
• Expert knowledge of Google Workspace Admin Console and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace.
• Configure domain settings, SSO, MFA, and mail routing.
• Develop migration roadmap with pilot group.
• Provide post-migration support and training.
