Job summary

Zones IT Solutions is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator & Workplace Migration Specialist for a US-remote, 6+ month engagement. You will own and drive the migration of the workforce and data from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace, ensuring minimal downtime and zero data loss.

You will design the tenant, map users and permissions, and orchestrate data transfer across emails, calendar events, and cloud storage. Strong scripting, IAM, and change management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4–5 years in cloud system administration with large-scale migrations.
• Strong expertise in Google Workspace Admin Console and Microsoft 365.
• Solid understanding of DNS, SPF/DKIM/DMARC and mail routing.
• Experience designing and executing migration roadmaps with minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace with zero data loss.
• Audit, plan, and implement tenant architecture and cutover strategies.
• Configure and manage migration pipelines and edge-case remediation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide post-migration support.
