Job summary

CDW is seeking a curious Support Consultant to join our Education Support Team. You’ll provide Tier 1 guidance for Google Workspace for Education, GAM, and CDW Education SaaS tools, helping school IT admins resolve issues and improve user experiences.

This entry-level role requires strong problem solving, customer service, and teamwork. You’ll work 8am–5pm PT, triage tickets, document solutions, and stay current with Google Workspace changes and CDW offerings while growing your skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in technology administration.
• Experience handling email management, security, and routing.
• Exposure to Chrome OS management and admin tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical support for Google Workspace for Education via email, Meet, and phone.
• Triage and manage incoming tickets, meet SLAs and first-contact targets.
• Troubleshoot Google Workspace, Google Cloud, and related technologies.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 while continuing to support escalated cases.
• Train and advise school IT admins on Admin Console, GAM, and CDW Education SaaS tools.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and contribute to team productivity.
