Job summary

CDW is seeking a curious Support Consultant to join our Education Support Team to help K-12 and higher education clients maximize Google Workspace for Education and related tools. You will provide Tier 1 guidance via email, Google Meet, and phone, triage tickets, and contribute to Knowledge Base content.

You will work 8am-5pm PT, collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay current on Google Workspace updates, and develop subject matter expertise while delivering excellent customer service to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of technology administration experience.
Understanding of Chrome OS management, settings and security is a plus.
Excellent oral communication and strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 technical support for Google Workspace for Education via email, Google Meet, and phone.
Triage and manage incoming support tickets and meet SLAs.
Troubleshoot Google Workspace, Google Cloud, and related technologies; escalate to Tier 2/3 when needed.
Train and advise school IT administrators on Google Workspace Admin Console, GAM, and CDW Education SaaS tools.
