Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Specialist with foundational experience in Google GECX solutions and growing expertise in Google Cloud Platform. You will support senior architects, work directly with clients, and contribute to end-to-end project delivery for complex, global GECX engagements.

You will collaborate with on-site and off-shore teams, design and implement AI agents, and help align technology choices with client goals while navigating fast-paced client environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in technology transformation with a focus on Conversational AI/CCaaS.
• 3+ years with contact center technologies and AI agent building.
• 3+ years aligning technology with contact center metrics and benchmarks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global service tech solutions.
• Provide technical recommendations linking GECX products to client environments.
• Design AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, and lifecycle observability.
• Implement GECX CCaaS in client environments within architecture constraints.
• Collaborate with partners to create service-focused solutions.
• Plan and estimate delivery using Agile, managing scope, budget, risk.
• Lead on-shore and off-shore project teams through lifecycle.
• Translate high-level requirements into epics and user stories.
