Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience.
• Golf sales/service experience preferred.
• Technical skills in club repair and fitting.
• World-class customer service and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability through customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and ensure high service levels.
• Drive and sustain sales intensity, operations integrity and profitability within store by setting high expectations, holding staff accountable, and monitoring progress.
• Effectively schedule for the store, develop payroll plans, and monitor payroll daily to ensure the plan is met.
• Uphold merchandiser presentation standards and lead recruitment, interviewing, and hiring across the store.
• Develop and empower a high-performing in-store team and monitor development.
• Lead consistent evaluation and development of in-store talent and communicate expectations.
