DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a store teammate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and help them find products while maintaining brand standards.

You will uphold merchandising, participate in loyalty programs, and ensure safety and confidentiality. A team-focused, inclusive environment is essential, with opportunities to support across the store and perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time.

Responsabilités

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.
• Promote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customer) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
