They’re accountable for increasing business results while prioritizing coaching and development to equip their team and ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. Directly involved in the interview/hiring process and builds an effective store team by ensuring diverse backgrounds, skillsets, and experiences.

Formación

• 3 years Retail Store Manager experience or 5 years of related management/customer focused experience.
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Must have strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent.
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekend, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee store operations and drive store performance.
• Lead the store team, coaching and developing talent.
• Participate in interview/hiring and build a diverse, capable team.
• Increase sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and data analysis.
• Manage shrink, safety, and cash-handling procedures; ensure clean, organized store.
