In this role you’ll onboard and train teammates, maintain organized presentation standards, and promote loyalty programs, all while creating an inclusive, respectful store environment and ensuring safety and operational procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as a subject matter expert.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while ensuring athletes are engaged and products are ready for purchase.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards following floor sets and signage requirements.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Creates an inclusive store environment with respect for teammates and athletes, following safety and SOPs.
