Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes and providing accurate product information.
• Anticipates the needs of the athlete and drives sales through product and services recommendations.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject matter expert.
• Serves as a go-to expert in designated process categories and ensures smooth execution.
• Maintains merchandising and presentation standards and ensures products are ready for purchase.
• Promotes and drives customer participation in company programs.
