You will engage customers, provide expert guidance on golf equipment, and support store operations while upholding merchandising standards and safety policies. This role emphasizes teamwork, coachability, and customer-centric service in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, acting as subject matter expert for their area of the store.
• Maintains an athlete-first mindset and ensures products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged as they want to shop.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage, pricing, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes participation in company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
• Creates a welcoming store environment where teammates and athletes are treated with respect and safety procedures are followed.
