Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert in designated store processes.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans and signage requirements.
• Promotes and drives participation in company programs (loyalty, warranty, private label credit card, etc.).
• Creates an inclusive store environment with respect for teammates and athletes, following safety and loss prevention procedures.
