Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by actively engaging customers to understand their shopping needs and provide knowledgeable product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert for their store area.
• Maintains store standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes participation in loyalty programs and warranty sales.
• Creates an inclusive environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and respected.
