You will engage customers, support store operations, and uphold merchandising standards while following safety and loss prevention policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide informed product guidance.
• Assists onboarding and training of new team members as subject matter expert for their store area, focusing on best practices and key operational processes.
• Maintains merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, and price changes.
• Promotes and drives customer participation in store programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Creates an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and treated with respect, adhering to safety and store policies.
