Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by engaging customers and guiding product recommendations.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members as a subject matter expert.
• Maintain an athlete-first mindset and ensure products are ready for purchase and customers are engaged as they prefer.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, pricing and inventory.
• Promote participation in company programs such as loyalty, warranties and credit card enrollment.
