• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as a subject matter expert.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs (loyalty, warranty, private label enrollment).
