DICK'S Sporting Goods is hiring a Specialist - Golf to provide personalized service and expert product guidance in our store. You’ll help athletes select equipment, share insights, and drive sales through strong product knowledge with a focus on delivering an elevated customer experience.

You’ll contribute to team goals, participate in onboarding, and uphold store standards while engaging customers across all skill levels to ensure a confident, enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand needs and provide accurate information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as subject matter expert in their area of the store.
• Ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase and engaged when and how they want.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory.
• Promotes customer participation in loyalty programs, warranties, and private label credits.
• Creates a welcoming store environment, adheres to safety, loss prevention and SOPs, and complies with laws.
