Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand their needs and provide knowledgeable product information.
• Anticipates athlete needs and drives sales through recommendations and product knowledge.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject matter expert.
• Serves as a go-to expert in designated process categories for smooth execution and high productivity.
• Maintains store presentation and merchandising standards and ensures readiness for customers.
• Promotes participation in company programs such as loyalty, warranties, and credit card enrollment.
