Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding athlete experiences by engaging customers and providing accurate product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members in the store area.
• Maintains store standards in merchandising, signage, price changes and inventory presentation.
• Promotes customer participation in programs and drives sales through product knowledge and service.
• Ensures a welcoming, respectful store environment and adherence to safety and SOPs.
