Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
1-3 years of experience.
Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and create a world-class athlete experience and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
Anticipates the needs of the athlete; actively drives sales through product and services recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs.
Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members (as subject matter expert of their area of the store), focusing on best practices, expectational selling skills, and key operational processes.
Serves as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity. Maintains merchandising standards and participates in programs like loyalty, warranty sales, and private label enrollment.
