• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area of the store.
• Demonstrates efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans and signage requirements.
• Promotes customer participation in programs and warranties.
• Creates an inclusive store environment with respect for all teammates and athletes.
