Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience; previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes, providing product knowledge, and driving sales.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members in designated store areas.
• Maintains merchandising and presentation standards and ensures products are ready for purchase.
• Promotes loyalty programs, warranty sales, and other customer programs.
• Creates a welcoming environment where teammates and athletes are treated with respect and safety policies are followed.
