Job summary

Invited is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant to promote the game and deliver outstanding service in our club pro-shop. You will assist members with merchandise, process sales, and help manage tee-times and inquiries.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling transactions, managing inventory, and coordinating with the pro-shop team to maintain high service standards and a welcoming shop environment.

Qualifications

• Client-facing experience in customer service or retail environment.
• Ability to greet members and guests warmly and assist with needs.
• Knowledge of golf merchandise and basic equipment etiquette.
• Familiarity with POS systems and handling cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in the pro-shop and process charges at the register.
• Check in players before their round and manage tee-time bookings by phone or in person.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing shop and monitor stock levels.
• Assist with inventory management and restock merchandise as needed.
• Provide support to golf operations staff and ensure smooth shop operations.
