Job summary

Invited is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant to promote golf, assist members and guests, and deliver exceptional service in our pro-shop. You will support merchandise selection, pricing, and club services while ensuring a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities include processing charges, checking in players, managing tee-time bookings, maintaining displays, and assisting with inventory and returns to keep the shop organized and stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Basic knowledge of golf operations, etiquette and equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet golfers and process charges accurately at the register.
• Check in players before their round and manage tee-time bookings.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing pro-shop and stock displays.
• Answer member/guest inquiries and provide information on club services and events.
• Support inventory management and handle returns/credits as needed.
• Coordinate with golf operations staff to ensure smooth daily procedures.
