Responsibilities include processing purchases at the register, managing tee-time bookings, coordinating with golf operations, and supporting inventory control to ensure the shop runs smoothly and presents a professional image at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail, with basic golf knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to presentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
