Job summary

Invited is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant to promote the game of golf and support members and guests with merchandise, services, and club events. You will help maintain an organized shop and assist with inventory and daily operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, strong communication, and knowledge of golf merchandise. You will work with the pro shop team to ensure a high standard of service, including handling tee times and transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or retail experience; golf knowledge appreciated.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of golf merchandise, apparel, and equipment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in the pro shop and assist members and guests.
• Process charges at the register and check in players before their round.
• Manage tee-time bookings in person and by phone.
• Maintain neat, organized display areas and manage inventory.
• Support course operations and coordination with pro shop staff.
• Assist with end-of-day reporting and closing procedures.
