Job summary

Invited is seeking a friendly Golf Shop Attendant to promote the game, assist members and guests, and keep the shop stocked and inviting. You will handle transactions, check-in players, and provide information on club services and events.

You will collaborate with the pro-shop team to ensure smooth operations, manage inventory, and deliver a high level of service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or retail.
• Basic understanding of golf operations and etiquette.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of golf merchandise and equipment.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Welcome golfers and assist customers with merchandise selections in the pro-shop.
• Process charges at the register and manage tee-time bookings as needed.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing golf shop display.
• Handle returns, credits, and stock replenishment per procedures.
• Provide information about club services, events, and promotions.
• Assist with inventory checks and daily closeout procedures.
• Support course operations and coordinate with golf staff as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold safety guidelines.
• Assist with daily briefings and club policies as directed by management.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and restock merchandise to standards.
