Job summary

Twice is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant to promote the game, assist members and guests with merchandise, and deliver exceptional service in the pro shop. You will help with inventory management, process charges at the register, and provide information about club services and events, working closely with the pro-shop team to ensure a smooth operation.

In this role, you will engage professionally with members, maintain shop presentation, and support outside golf operations as needed, while

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in customer service or retail with basic golf knowledge.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with members and guests.
Organizational skills to maintain shop presentation and inventory.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, proactive attitude.
Familiarity with golf merchandise and equipment.
Familiarity with cash handling and basic POS procedures.
Able to work weekends and holidays; physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service by welcoming golfers and processing charges at the register.
Check in players before their round and handle tee-time bookings.
Maintain cash handling procedures and meet operational standards.
Assist with inventory, display organization, and stock levels.
Support course operations and coordinate with pro-shop and golf staff.
Provide administrative support and follow club policies and safety guidelines.
