Job summary

Invited Clubs is hiring a Golf Shop Attendant to promote golf offerings and provide exceptional service to members and guests. You will assist customers with merchandise, maintain an organized pro shop, and handle tee-time bookings and payments.

Responsibilities include inventory control, restocking, and collaboration with the pro shop and golf operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations and a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail settings.
• Basic understanding of golf operations, equipment and etiquette.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Promote the game of golf and club offerings while delivering exceptional service.
• Assist with merchandise selections and maintain an organized pro shop.
• Manage tee-time bookings and process charges at the register.
• Oversee inventory and restock frequently sold items.
• Support course operations and coordinate with golf staff.
