Job summary

PopStroke is seeking a charismatic Guest Service Associate to create a memorable experience for guests at our venue. You will check guests in, guide them through the experience, and help with golf play, app usage, and questions about memberships and offerings.

The role emphasizes proactive hospitality, upbeat energy, and the ability to engage with diverse guests. Candidates should be comfortable standing, moving, and handling transactions in a fast-paced environment. Hourly + tips, non-exempt.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, guest service, or high-volume customer-facing roles preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong guest-service instincts and ability to resolve issues on the spot.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm from arrival.
• Make connections with guests throughout their visit, not just at check-in.
• Read guests and anticipate needs; provide recommendations and proactive assistance.
• Personalize experiences to celebrate birthdays, groups, families, and returning guests.
• Explain memberships, pricing, benefits, and PopStroke experiences clearly.
• Handle cash/credit transactions accurately and assist with retail purchases.
